Dr. Istvan Somkuti is Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Temple University School of Medicine and Division Director of Reproductive Endocrinology at Abington Memorial Hospital. He obtained his PhD from Duke University in Pharmacology and Toxicology, his MD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Duke Medical Center and a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He served as President of HMAA 2010-2012.
