in the Helmsley Sandcastle Hotel, Sarasota, Florida
The scientific program will cover a broad range of medical and surgical topics for a multidisciplinary audience: primary care physicians, specialists and basic medical scientists who seek to improve their understanding of the scientific basis of clinical medicine and its applications to patient care. Sessions including basic sciences will focus on current findings in general medicine, surgery, gastroenterology, medical image, cardiology, oncology and surgery.
The scientific program is planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for CME (ACCME) through joint sponsorship with the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and the Hungarian Medical Association of America. The UB Medical School is accredited by the ACCME to sponsor CME for physicians. UB Medical School designates this program for Category 1 credit toward the AMA’s Physician Recognition Award.
The conference is a superb opportunity to meet fellow Hungarians involved in medical sciences in the United States in a family friendly atmosphere. The social programs and organized sport activities (water polo, soccer, beach run, tennis, etc.) will provide ample opportunity to relax and enjoy one of the best beaches in the country.
